    Yes, the Blessed Trinity or the Holy Trinity refers to the three Persons of the One true God. God the Father, God the Son (Jesus) and the God Holy Ghost (often called the Holy Spirit). You can read more about it at the attached link.

    Yes, there is. The Trinity is a concept of monotheism that attributes 3 personalities to one God.

    It took C.S. Lewis 6 pages in Mere Christianity to explain the concept of the Trinity. And that was a book intended to present the faith in very simple terms. I'm hardly going to be able to do it in a few sentences.

    As for the study part, there are several books that discuss the subject, including the one just mentioned. Just go to the library, or get on the internet, and look up Trinity in religion. That should give you plenty of research material.

    HERE GOES CO-EQUALITY

    ======================

    The main plank of Trinity is that there are 3 co-equal and co-eternal Gods in one person!

    Mat 12:31 Therefore I say unto you, Every sin and blasphemy shall be forgiven unto men; but the blasphemy against the Spirit shall not be forgiven.

    Blasphemy against the Holy Spirit will not be forgiven, but any other blasphemy (against Son or Father) will be forgiven.

    There ends co-equality.

    DOCTRINE OF CHRIST

    ==================

    2Jn 1:9 Whosoever goeth onward and abideth not in the teaching of Christ, hath not God: he that abideth in the teaching, the same hath both the Father and the Son.

    If you are in the Teaching Christ You have Both Father and Son.

    But if you go onward to tell THREE or more ... You have no God.

    Like others have said, TRINITY is a pagan concept.

    The scriptures that prove 3 persons like 1 John 5:7 (KJV) and Matt 28:19 are interpolations or suspects.

    If you want to be in the good book of majority be a Trinitarian BUT IF YOU WANT TO BE IN THE BOOK OF LIFE REJECT IT. Of course, choice is yours!

    Yes there is the trinity doctrine.

    It is the idea that God is composed of three individuals , God the father , God the son , and God the holy spirit.

    All are co-equal and co-eternal.

    UNFORTUNATELY ---

    This is not supported in the Bible and is an idea from Pagan origins.

    In fact , the Bible in many places show that the Son (Gods Son = Jesus Christ) is inferior to God.

    They are not equal in power or knowledge.

    Additionally the holy spirit is not ever referred to of having a personality , it is just that power from God., Gods active force.

    Also it is 'impossible' for us to benefit from the ransom sacrifice made when Jesus was put to death IF he was actually alive in heaven. !

    After all , you cannot be co-existant and co-eternal if you are dead.

    The facts are this , Jesus is the firstborn creation of God - God's Son.

    The holy spirit is Gods active force - the means by which God gets things done.

    And God alone is who we should praise and worship.

    Following the trinity doctrine will not bring you closer to God because you would be following Satan inspired pagan teachings.

    The Encyclopedia of Religion admits: “Theologians today are in agreement that the Hebrew Bible does not contain a doctrine of the Trinity.” And the New Catholic Encyclopedia also says: “The doctrine of the Holy Trinity is not taught in the O[ld] T[estament].”

    Don't spend a lot of time on it.

    Just do the math ... and believe that three divine persons can indeed be one.

    Here's the equation:

    1 X 1 X 1 = 1

    Study the Church Fathers. They are the ones who first wrestled with these concepts, and are the primary source material if you wish to see how the doctrine developed.
