It has to be a good question, interesting, thoughtful or funny. I'm not one of those people who gives starts just because of the avatars or because the questions are asked by celebs (there are some celebs here who ask questions), I only give a start if I truly like the question.

Well, for me it could just be something simple like a question that surprises me or interest me to the extent that I feel the need to give them a star. Kinda like this question. Here's a star just for you! Take good care of it!!!!

I just have to like it. I find myself giving almost every question I answer a star!

It has to be a really good question like "Make me a gross discusting sandwhich, what will you put on it?" I had fun thinking up some nasty stuff. It was also enjoyable reading some of the other peoples answers.

well hmmmmmm, I usually star useful questions that maybe when I'm older I can use their knowlege to live life a little easier.

Or maybe I just liked it but they usually those go into my watchlist and then when the question is over I delete it.
