What are some things that a buyer needs to be wary of when entering into this type of pruchase agreement? Is there anyway to ensure that the payments made are paid to the original lender? What protection does a buyer have if the loan is defaulted on or not taxes are paid and the buyer has met all obligations to the contract? What happens if the owner gets a lein on the property due to being sued or whatever - what protection does the buyer have? Are there ways to work protection to the buyer into the contract? I will get a lawyer to review any contract before I sign it...however, I have no idea what this is all about and am just looking for general information? Thanks Guys!

This morning, I was in a huge hurry and on my way to work. I was preoccupied with what

my day held and I rear-ended a car at a stop light because I wasn't paying attention.

I had hot coffee in my lap and I was running late.

"Great, just great", I moaned.

The driver opened his door, leaned out of his car and stared at me. He was a dwarf. He got out, studied the damage on his bumper, and walked towards me as I rolled down my window.

He said, "I'm not happy."

To which I replied, "Well..... which one are you then?"

Ok...If you have a family pet....Dog or Cat (or whatever just a family pet) your family loves them...they are a big part of your family!!!! And they get really sick/injured...How much money would you spend to make them better? On animal planet there is that emergency vet show...and they do extreme mesures to save ppls pets....I would spend as much as I could to save our family pets...but I would have to stop at like 2K dollars because that is about all I can afford to spend to save them without going deep into debt...I would feel bad if it was not enough? But cant go deep into debt for our pets...What about you? I should probably get pet insurance now that I think about it!

If your family member was trapped 3 miles beneith the earth in this mine accident, and for like what has it been 10 days or so? And,knowing that ppl have died trying to rescue them, would you still expect the mining company to continue efforts to recover your family member....I was just wondering how I would feel and what I would expect. And as well what others thought about this. Any thoughts?

Can someone please explain the legal rational to me about the decision to make the Hazelton PA rental law illegal? I am not an attorney or a judge, however....if it is not illegial to make someone show proof of legal residency to acquire work and a drivers license (in some states) then why is it illegal to make someone show residency to gain housing? I may not have a good understanding of the law and if not can someone please explain it to me? To quell any thoughts that I am a biggot and against immigrants. I am not.. I think that everyone that is here and working should be given citizenship, arriving here illegially or not..if they are given citizenship ideally they will have human rights and be able to fully contribute to our society in the form of contributing taxes and voting. ..I just wonder why if a business can be fined for hiring illegial workers why did the courts find it illegial to fine landlord for renting to illegial immigrants?

When we pet him or when he crawls up into be to sleep with us..... he always backs his big fat kitty butt right up to our faces... it is annoying as heck....We ahve been pushing him away for years and then he will just immediately come fight back with the kitty butt....finally after pushing him away a few times he will just go lay down at out feet... what the heck is up with this.....

Do you think that the supreme court decision made a day to two ago is racist? I do it says to me that it is ok to bus minorty children to other neighborhoods to go to school, but not ok to bus white children to other neighborhoods to go to school. What the hell is this all about?

My 12 year old daughter asked this question at dinner the other night... Dad said no.... Mom (that's me) said yes...I think that if lightening hits the ocean and the electricity travels through the water it would kill whatever fish are in it's path...
