What is the one thing?????

Something happening to my daughter, she is 13 so I get more scared the older she gets.

Never seeing anyone I love ever again.

But the past two nights I have had panic attacks over thinking about being trapped under the ocean. It sounds crazy, but I was watching Futurama where they were all underwater...even a freakin cartoon scared me. I couldnt breathe and got all hot and started hyperventilating almost. I must be nuts lol.

Being on a bridge with water underneath and it collapses.

I hate crossing a bridge in a car or on foot. I live in Chicago and sometimes I have to go across one of the bridges where the Chicago river is and I always hyperventilate.

Something happening to my family and they are not able to get a hold of me to help them! Scares me really bad and I don't know why. I even have nightmares like that.
