I've advertised my car for sale and companys phone me to sell it?
hi everyone,
I've had my car in a couple of advert magazines and am getting people phoning me from what sounds like call centres saying they have buyers for it for the full price but I will have to pay the company a cut?
They sound very suspicious is it a con or what do these company's really do?!

If it sounds too good to be true, then it usually is. Be VERY cautious. Likely to be buyers for large car supermarkets who will put it on their forecourt and when it sells, you get the money, less their "fee".
Basically a cheap way of filling a forecourt with cars, companies with cash flow problems usually resort to this type of deal.

As suggested by the Yahoo massive this is a con! I once took a company up on their offer and I never got a call from anyone. When I tried to call them back for a refund and explanation they had disappeared.
