What is the best Nascar race you have ever seen?

My fav (and I forget the year) was Dale Sr's last win at Talledega where he came from mid pack to the front in like 5 laps to win the thing. That was one awesome piece of driving!

The 2001 Pepsi 400. Won by Dale Jr. The first Daytona race since Dale Sr died.

Daytona 1976

I am not a big NASCAR fan but I follow it a little. That last Daytona was fantastic though. A very close finish, a surprise winner, and a crash in the background at the finish line. I was impressed with the drama.

I like Indy cars, Bonneville speed records, and NHRA myself. But I am getting into NASCAR too.

Although I wasn't a fan of his I'd have to say the 1998 Daytona 500 win after 20 year's of trying and heart ache Dale Earnhardt Sr won . "We won it ! We won it ! We Won it! "

Even now 9 year's later whenever they show all of the crew's lined on pit road to congratulate the man known as The Intimidator I still get shiver's and tear's .

Little did we know that very track would take his life 2 year's later.

After that I would have to say any race that Carl Edwards has won .

I would have to agree that this years Daytona 500 was awesom I think that Mark Martin should have won that race
