here is some general info, but I recommend buying a repair manual so you will have it for future use on this older model car, it will have some step by step info and illustrations of the location and procedure.

Put a shop towel over, then take out the two 10mm nuts. Then slowly remove the fuel pressure regulator. Fuel line is holding pressure, minute you remove, some gas would shoot out. This is why you want to wrap it around a shop towel.
install a new fuel pressure regulator, and mount the bolt. It may take 2 - 3 cranks to start the car due to fuel pressure loss. This is perfectly normal.
