Is there any significance to a black table lamp that has been spray-painted on a side walk in our neighborhood

well, that could mean a lot of things.

it could mean, some rich kid got a hold on some spray paint and really likes lamps.

it could mean some gang member wants someones lights put out [hope its not yours]

it could mean "i lost my lamp, it looks like this, help"

who knows.

Paint a glow-in-the-dark T shirt next to the black light and see what happens.

The old lamplighter has tagged it as his "hood." Any body else tries to sell crack or pimp hos there has to answer to him.
