For a 14 team league, you are looking pretty good. If Donovan stays healthy, he will be a beast. You have two nasty RBs, and that is impressive in a 14 team league - that will be big. The only thing you could look to do, is upgrade your #2 or #3 WRs - If possible.

You definitely have a strong core, but need some WR depth. There's no guarantee Furrey is the starting wideout for the Lions come Week 4/5 based on their investment in and talent of Calvin Johnson.
Chambers is fine as a WR2/3, but I think you need to go and grab someone off waivers. Kevin Curtis? David Patten? Anthony Gonzalez might work for you at that spot, but we'll need to see how the season goes.
Here's a good discussion on the situation brewing in Detroit between Mike Furrey and Calvin Johnson. Definitely worth a look:

if this is a 14 person league, how did you get Alexander and Rudi? Was this a keeper league? Was there a trade? Even if you picked #14/15 you should not be able to get either one, nevermind both.
I understand the pt/rec emphasizes receivers over RB's; but that's nuts for so many people to pass 2 top-10 RB's.

Not bad at all. Your biggest hole IMO is QB. I don't think McNabb can last a season without injury and Harrington is a terrible backup.
Your second trade should be to get a little more depth in your receivers. Starters are okay, but I don't like your backups.
RBs look really good.
