I'm trying to find a real job. So I am applying at places like panda express, and I'm 16. What kinds of things do I put for interests and activities, and then hobbies? I have no volunteer experience and the only other job i had was working for my dad in karaoke business and babysitting my cousin's daughter. Do I put that? And also what do I do when I have no references?
I dont even do sports and Ive put for ECA-orchestra

Yes, I would put your job expereince even if it was for your dad, or cousin, it shows other people trust you.
As far as hobbies, etc I would leave it blank.
