How do I keep 37 kids from 11 months to 16 years occupied on a train trip?

I am in charge of planning our company's fall outing. We are taking a 2.5 hour train trip through the mountains. We have 37 kids of all ages going and I need to come up with some activities to keep them occupied. Any suggestions? Again - there are kids from 11 months to 16 years, most of them falling in the 12-16 year bracket.

    well the older kids could just listen to there ipods or somthing

    the younger kids could draw or play card games or somthing!
