What is the best binocular on the US market in the $50.00-$80.00 range?

I am looking for a light-weight, waterproof, fogproof binocular for hiking. Amazon.com has a list of them, but I can't make up my mind. I am looking for durability, good optics for a good price. Will you help, please?

    Nikon is the best affordable binoc......

    go to a store where you can actually use one to see how it feels , get too high of a magnification it will shake too much

    common sizes 7x35..... 7 power magnification 35mm objective lens

    I prefer a 8x40 has a 40 mm objective lens lets in a little more light
