Koolickles were featured on 'Feasting on Asphalt" with Alton Brown on the Foodnetwork. This is a very popular snack in the the Delta Region along the Mississippi. They are made by taking whole dill pickles and submerging them in a Koolade brine. Basically mix up cherry Koolade according to the directions and then submerge the whole pickles in the Koolade. Cover and refrigerate, when the pickles have turned red/pink they are ready to eat. Enjoy.
