How should I put myself on Youtube?
I'm thinking of recording a video of myself playing Faint on the piano and putting it onto youtube. I don't know if I should use a video camera or the webcam and mic USBed to my computer.
Also, if you have some software suggestions, please post!

If you have a Video Camcorder use that much better quality. you can always hook the camcorder into your computer and download the video as an AVI format file then upload that on youtube. dont use a webcam the quality is terrible , if your still unsure just to a "test" on each the video camcorder and the webcam and see which one you like better

Its always better to use a real video camera, and also use a tripod with the camera looking from the side and a little from the back onto the keys with you in the picture aswell. As for software, id stick with windows movie maker if its your first video.

I'd opt for a video camera rather than a web cam. It's going to be much smoother for you and look and sound better.
If you have Windows XP or Vista, just use Windows Movie Maker (it comes with XP). Otherwise, I'd go for Sony Vegas.
