Why are some 10 to 12-years old allowed to ask or answer questions? My 12 year old granddaughter is denied.?

The ones I have noticed plainly state their age so how can they do it?

    When they registered they lied then. They are dishonest and your grand daughter is honest.

    It's probably because of the age they state on their profile.
