Can anyone help me upload website files onto a host...I don't know how?!?
I need to upload somefiles online into my hosting account (free) and don't know much about it. Can anyone help me out by putting the files in the right place, and making sure the website is visable?! Thank.

You can use SmartFTP (http://www.smartftp.com/) which is a good tool and has some very nice flash tutorials too.
You can check also the references.

I don't know what kind of operating system you're using, but the general idea is to "FTP" the files (FTP stands for File Transfer Protocol).
You can use a dedicated FTP application, such as CuteFTP, WSFTP, or others; in Windows, you can use Windows Explorer by typing, "ftp://...
You'll need login information to the space where you're placing your pages; get this information from the service where you're placing your files.
