i'm an condominium supervisor and characteristic held 2 backyard sales in my complicated. There are no policies consistent with say, basically be sure you do not leave a large number once you shut down. placed your sale the place there is passable and secure parking far flung from assigned parking. the suitable way is get as many residences in touch as plausible then placed an advert interior the paper as a community sale. That way you will get a ton of human beings. yet do ask your supervisor first as a courtesy. perhaps the supervisor can help you intend a community sale. one situation, in case you do a community sale, confirm firsthand that that's understood you will not guy somebody else's table. What a nightmare which would be!! good success!

Give it to good will or do what I do, put it out on the curb & put a big "Free stuff' sighn out there & at th end of the road. You'lle be suprized at the amount of people that will show up for a freebe. Throw the rest of the junk out after the freebe. Recycle any thing that can be recycled.Plastic, metal, glass, cardboard & bring any toxic stuff such as Gas,paint, alcohol or paint thinner to a toxic wast puickup which is usualy held twice a month in most towns.
