A great kitchen with all the appliances a person could ever want. (I really love to cook)

A huge yard (back and front), must be in a nice little old town (down-home kinda place), a comfortable front porch. Also, a tire swing.

3.)basic utilities like electricity.running water and heat/air conditioning
