I would check to find local pagan shops in your area first--buy local. Go to http://www.witchvox.com/ and check out the Witches of the World section.
Failing that, http://www.magusbooks.com/ is a good place for books and general supplies. Or just plug "herbs" or "pagan supplies" in any search engine.

I like http://www.enchantedworks.com/ it has a lot of stuff you can't find elsewhere without some of the SMC cheap plastic crap made in China on so many sites.
