My friend's last name is "Ludowyk". Then what's his possible heritage ?

"Ludowyk" is a last name of which heritage ? Is he a Pacific Islander ?

    It's a balkanized version of the Germanic name "Ludwick" as in von Beetoven. There are no Pacific Islander names with this structure. Closer to eastern Europe.

    No. The Republicans would like to forget that GW Bush really was the last Republican president. They would also like to forget the incredible screw ups that he was responsible for, like attacking a sovereign country under false pretenses, namely Iraq.
