To send them via e-mail, just attach them to a message. Compose your message, click on add attachment, browse to whichever folder you put the pictures in, and pick the ones you're sending.
Uploading works much the same way- some sites have upload tools to make it easier but basically you just need to remember where on your computer you stored them (My pictures, etc)

use attachments - in your email, compose new message, look for a link or button for attachments/attach - this will let you choose the file(s) you saved
to upload to another site - if you have permission to use these pics (the pictures may be copyrighted)- you need to register to use the site and look for links to upload photos - a similar process to attaching

well if you are using inbox.com you can easily upload all pictures with one click picture upload.
if you are using different e-mail service you will need to open your e-mail and then click on compose and click on attach and start attaching pictures one by one.
note some e-mail service have limitation on attachments ... like you can not attach all of your pictures in one single e-mail.

Hi
In your email account, use your attachment tool which will prompt you for the file to select. Browse for the picture file then attach it.
On the web- you can go to photo bucket.com
