what i do is kinda complicated but not really. I use firefox and it has an extension on which allows me to download the video from youtube or any other flash video site to my computer and then i use a converter i downloaded for free online that lets me convert the video from flash to iPod format. Then i import it to itunes and sync it. Alot of steps, i know. But it goes by quickly.

sorry.. can't do it with youtube.. you have to download from google video if it's available on their. make sure you change the download format to Video iPod/ Sony PSP
