Hi usually a bridge is a permanent piece that is cemented in place while a partial will require some form of bracing to attach to other teeth, and it is usually removeable. I had to have something similar back in 1992. I chose the bridge and have had no problems whatsoever, so that would definitely be my choice. also it looks very natural and people who often compliment me on my terrific smile would have no idea that the teeth are false and a bridge. So go for it and smile

get a bridge if you get a partial it will come with a full roof of mouth and you will have problems eating and talking, I had one and had to go back and get a bridge. The partial was unbelievable and uncomfortable. disgusting
