I love bbq ribs, chicken, turkey, fish, etc. I love my bbq ribs spicy, smoked, juicy and falling off the bone. Now... that's what I'm talking about!

What you want grilled the ribs, not bbq ribs... I'd recommend grilling without the sauce and applying the sauce at the last 10 minutes. If you're going to use the oven... bake at 375 for 45 minutes... afterwards, slather on the sauce and bake 15 more minutes. Baked ribs should cook in about 60 to 70 minutes... which is the quickest way to go. Grilled ribs take about the same amount of time depends upon the grill. If you really want to hurry, par-boil the ribs for about 10 minutes. Personally, I don't like par-boiling, but you're in a hurry and you're going to be hitting up the ribs with bbq sauce. Parboiling, cuts about 20 minutes off the grilling time/baking time.

I like to make my own rub for the ribs, then marinate them for about 1 hour, after that I love grilling them. for my rub, (I won't tell you all the ingredients) i use a little garlic powder as well as a little chili powder and cayenne. My husband and I love things that are spicy. Have a good day :)

Baked in champagne sauce Guangzhou style with fried Man Tou buns with that crispy crust outside. I would use Veuve Clicquot Ponsardin demi-sec NV champagne. to be enjoyed with crispy noodles with Lobster! Enjoy! {:-)
