How do you like your eggs?

Medium, for me. Oh, yeah, I like them hard boilded, too.

You should make an omelet. Saute green and red peppers and onions, pour the eggs over, cook, turn over and add some cheddar. Fold out onto a plate. Much better than a plain old egg.

Do you know the difference between over easy, and over light, and sunny side up?

Most people like fried eggs with a liquid yolk and a solid white, but they also like scrambled eggs, omelets, souffles, soft-boiled eggs, coddled eggs, hard-boiled eggs, deviled eggs, and the myriad other ways to cook eggs.

I like my eggs best when they are broken into flour, worked into a dough, rolled out and cut, cooked in the broth of beef shanks, and served over mashed potatoes.

To enjoy just the egg:

My favorite, only with fresh eggs, is sunny-side up...I know this is not "politically correct" these days, but it is my favorite.

I also very much enjoy a soft boiled egg (4-5 min).

My favorite way to have eggs mixed with other things:

Hands down, this is Eggnog! Absolutely delicious eggs, milk/creme, nutmeg (& Brandy or Panama Jack in it, when I'm feeling very festive...lol).

Over easy

Over medium. I want the white to be fully cooked, but the yolk to be runny.

since im traing now i just eat the egg whites in an omlet , or just a fried egg sandwhich with cheese

over easy and scrambled and boiled

I like over easy (favorite), but scrambled is easier, and I put only boiled in my tuna fish salad

my youngest likes scrambled with cheese

Hate to disagree, but I like mine over medium...can't handle the whites being snotty!
