The 4 door version was a custom stretch by an outside coach builder.."Centurion-"---not a FORD option. The Lariat name plate simply denotes the color and trim combination. Not really stretched--the rear cargo bed was covered and was like a Suburban when it was all done. The suspension and the stance was the same as any F 250. You can find pictures of Lariat trim from 1988 on a ford site--just type it in and do a search. Now the Ford company had a rival for GMC Suburban, but the Excursion never sold well. A used 88 will be hard to find--very few were available and they probably were used until they died. The company was in Michigan

i've got have been given a F250 diesel 4 x4 contained in the save. the front precise hand caliper is seized. The brake pads have been under a lot tension the rotor has heated & cracked. the main common mistake is the calipers & wheel cylinders (if geared up) are no longer replaced with the friction textile. the unique brakes final approximately 50K miles. you're unlikely to get yet another 50K out of a sequence of calipers or wheels cylinders. »»»
