i'm getting my nipples pierced do i need a special bra?

when i got my nipples done. the piercer suggested to me to cut holes in my bra (old bra) so, the material wont rub on the new piercings. tried it and it works wonders. your nipples will only be sore or tender for approx. 3-4 days

You can't stop it showing from beneath tight shirts. You should also consider that things can go wrong and you may get an infection. You nipples, once pierced are disfigured forever. Even plastic surgery cannot undo what has been done.

My wife and I both have ours done and you can wear just about any bra afterwards, but one with a soft cotton padding is usually best and wear one your wiling to sacrifice when you first have them done cuz they will likely bleed a little or use large band aids. Some people may disagree but Neosporin helped mine heal quicker as well. Be prepared for a long heal time and take good care of them with sea salt soaks and daily cleansing. My wife is convinced hers healed faster because the bra protects the piercings from trauma and it seems to be true because I bandaged mine and it made them heal much faster. Enjoy, we both love ours.

Your nipples will be sensitive for quite a while and so maybe you want to cover them with bandage for a while. Ask the salon where you'll get them pierced for details on fabric and bra's, they should give you the precise info for that.

You wont want to wear a bra period for a week or 2, i would go w/ a sports bra at first, no rubbing.

Hey, I don't know anything about piercings or tattoos, but I so like boobs. For the love of Joe, don't do anything to hurt or alter what are unquestionably some of the greatest gifts from God.

well you should get a nice soft puffy push up bra or something because sometimes when i am monthly i use a soft puffy push up bra to ease the pain on my chest lmao =P

i have no idea, but out of common sense, id say that after you get it done they will be sore, so you might want to by a cushiony bra to ease the pain.

i have dated may with and have seen them in lace to normal bras and non ever said or complained.
