    You need more pictures for the khaki pants. Show the legs and hems and back, so people can see there's nothing else wrong but that missing button.

    Make the description more descriptive -- what's the actual MEASURED waist and inseam? Even if it says it's a 38x29, measure it and put that in your description.

    Same with the black pants -- you need more pictures. Black doesn't photograph well, but still, whenever I'm looking at clothes on eBay, the more pictures the better.

    In general, let people know what kind of home they're coming from -- are there pets and/or smokers? Some buyers are put off by pet hair or the odor of smoke on their clothes. If they're coming from a pet free/smoke free home, say so in your description.
