Can any one help me translate emal from Guatemala?

Como están, espero que bien soy nan la niñera de Lisa en Guatemala, por favor quiero saber de la bebé ustedes me promtieron que me iban a enviar fotos para saber como estaba Ella creanme que como me dijeron en su cartita que me de Jaron cuando se la llevaron para mí a sido muy divicil estar Sin ella este mes y medio que lleva ella con ustedes, les envio Esta cartita por correo porque es lo único informe que tengo. Es la dirección de su casa no piesen mal de mí solo que ella . Fue mi hija más de un año y extraño mucho sus travesuras, sus Risas y su alegría. Por favor les ruego que se comuniquen con Migo al correo electrónico de me hija Maria Elena. Que es

I understand the general idea of the letter.. and where she's saying we promised photos (we did email them but she must not have gotten them.. ) But there are some words I don't know what mean and when I look them up on the online translators I'm not getting anything.

Hello how are you, I hope you are doing OK Am the baby-sitter of Lisa in Guatemala, I would like to know how the baby is doing you promised  to send me some pictures on the letter you left. It's been so hard for me to not been with her on the past month and a half. Your address is the only thing that I have from you to communicate. I am glad to see that you got your letter translated for you. If you are wanting any more help with translations of any lanquage.
Go to your settings on your yahoo page, press options then tick translate menu. This will come up on your toolbar options. after you have done this. Click at the top of the page (Back to translate). This will take you to a box where you can Scroll down and get Spanish to english. Type in your request (letter) then press translate. this should help you. I found it by accident yesterday.
