How are you supposed to wear a pad? In the middle, towards the back or more to the front?

OH MY GOSH!!! You are sooo crazy! I know you're over there laughing your head off right now! But.....it kind-of depends on what you will be doing. If you're walking alot, it needs to be in the middle, if you're sitting alot it should be more towards the back, if you're sleeping on your stomach it should be towards the front. The main thing is to get a good brand. That way, wherever you decide to place it, it will stay. Cheaper brands tend to move around alot, and that can get messy! Here's wishing you a happy period!

I have really heavy periods, so I usually double up my pad meaning I put one behind the other. If you don't feel comfortable wearing just the one in the middle I would suggest trying that. It is also helpful at night when the overnight pads arent big enough.

Wear it in the middle, if it has wings, it's easier to know where to put it cause you have to wrap the wings in the undies. I've never wore tampons before.

it depends if you have a heavy leak, i suggest buying a longer pad that covers more of the front and the back.
