pci graphics card?

after finding out that my pc uses PCI mother board i wanted to buy a good graphics card to boost my game play... any way my question is what type of graphics card do i need to make game play better which is PCI.. i no i am limited... i google'd PCI graphics card but after asking people they told me it wont be any better graphics... the ones i found were these...

    PCI is a type of interconnection between the PCI slot and the processor. Yes you can buy a PCI video card bigger then your onboard no doubt. When you purchase it just make sure you ask for a pci video card...see what they got. That will fit a pci expansion slot on your board.

    Your computer sounds to be about 10 years old. A new video card would be a waste of money. You need an entire new computer.

    GTA San Andreas requires Windows 2000 or XP, and those won't even run on a machine that old. You need something that was at least built this century.

    Even an old used computer ~5 years old should be OK and shouldn't cost much money. Either that, or buy a PS2. They're also really cheap right now.

    PCI graphics cards are Ancient! Are you sure your not PCIe?

    I wouldnt waste another pennie on your existing computer. Save up and buy a complete new system.
