Sometimes I feel like my head is constipated. Can anybody explain why ?

I call it brain farts lol serious, thats not the medical term of course, but it can be due to stress or sometimes lighting and your eyes.

Thats just a couple possibilities, you could have a cold too? do you have a fever?

Maybe you are pushing yourself very hard. We tend to overload our brains at times. I try to get up about 20 minutes early, start with a shower and a cup of coffee, and sit at my computer and just read the news. No matter how busy I am, taking a little time to unwind in the morning enables me to think and work better.

mine does that when i have inner ear infection.

or sometimes it's fibrofog. what comes w/fibromyalgia.
