How can I get Bella Donna plant in Texas???

This plant is illegal to sell because of it's properties. Where can I find it?

    Omg that stuff is lethal leave it alone if you get caught with a plant like that you are and will go to jail (check out texas penal code). Please do yourself a favor and get over it . good luck .

    I was on Tincure of bella,donna for 1 yr due to a wound recived in korea, became infected,
