As John said the cylinders liners have moved they are only held into place and sealing the joint with silicon base sealer if i was you i would remove the liners and reseal, make sure they are into place and level with the block wile they are out check for black spot to do this with a piece of 1200 wet or dry paper clean the bores, make a ball that fit inside the bores with some white tissue paper and if there is any porosity it will show as dark spots inside the liner,if there is porosity must change they are about £10 each.hope this help

The piston liner seals may have gone? This can happen if the engine is turned in anyway while the head is off.Which could be why the coolant is emptying right into the sump?Hope this helps

if it is none of the components you stated then its got to be the piston rings, yo get three rings on your piston (oil rings) and (compression rings), if the oil rings need replacing it means the pisions are sucking oil from the sump. you can tell if you are getting blue smoke from the exhaust
