In Islam, why is the living placed among the dead?

Mohammad is dead, as are all other prophets. Yet, Jesus is revered as a prophet who did not die. This had to be hidden by trickery.

In the Old Testament there is another who was taken away without death, and he has no power to redeem. Why was it necessary to deceive in light of this? Would his death have been of consequence?

I am Christian. Please enlighten me.

Jesus was lifted up so the Jews could not kill him like they did so many Prophet before him.

He will return and join the 150,000 Muslims dressed in white who will march south from Damascus to defeat the False Messiah based in Jerusalem.

Then Jesus will proclaim Islam to be the truth and overnight Christianity will end.

Islam does not believe there will be a final battle between Christianity and itself.

Islam says Jesus will end Pauline Christianity with one sentence.

We believe Jesus never died because he ascended up into heaven, and the false Jesus was persecuted in his place. And when Jesus returns, it will be the real one to convey that the anti-Christ (Dajjal) is false.

Both Christians and Muslims believe, and know he will return. It's just a matter of time.

I suggest you do a little google search on Dajjal and Jesus in Islam. I would like to provide you with links but it's better if you use sources you believe are reliable.
