Who should start?

Being that this is a question abou the Raiders, there are going to be a half dozen answers that have nothing to do with the question, so to sum it up, I don't care about the rest of the NFL and I am man enough to admit that there are currently better teams in the NFL than the Raiders so be polite enough to keep your "Raiders suck, the *team here* are gonna stomp em" comments to yourself!

Anyway, with Russel ready to sign, wouldn't it make more sense for the Raiders to start Culpepper? They play very similar and it would be a better learning experience. On top of that, it seems to me that McCown gave the game away and should not have started anyway. I know he did good things in the game, but thats the way I feel.
