What about leaving the top off the greenhouse so the bees can fly in?
Also, other insects such as ladybugs and praying mantis' polinate .
Lastly, you can self-polinate lots of vegetables yourself with a cutip for cross polinating and for self polinating ones like tomatoes, that need help of a bee in nature, can be polinated by your flicking the flower gently to spread the pollin.

As hideeho suggested, leave off the top if that is possible. Another realistic thing to do is to put chain link gates in front of the doors (instead of the greenhouse doors). That will allow the insects in. If your problem is the larger critters and does not include raccoons, you can use the shorter 4-foot gates which would even allow birds to go in if they wanted to.
Do be aware that you will need to have a good ventilation system for the hotter weather or things might get cooked on the hottest days.
Also, during pollination times, a heavy duty fan in one end to keep the air moving to encourage the pollinators to enter might be helpful. The air movement will keep the flower scents moving to attract the pollinators.
Good luck. Let us know how it works. I'd sure give it a try if I had such an offer.

Purchasing bees is probably not a viable option as they tend to fly out any openings you have, and you will need ventalation! If they can get out, they can get in!
Pollen is carried in breezes, by flies, by people rubbing against the plants while tending to them and by just dropping down the plant. So while some items might need help with the polination process, I'm not sure you'll need to do all your plants manually.
You'll likely have a fan running during the summer when a lot of the flowers are in bloom so the breeze it creates will help float the pollen around.
Things like melons might need some manual help but corn and tomatoes shouldn't.
