need to send my modem back to my isp and seeing as they have been crap for quite a while now, i dont see why i should pay for recorded delivery for their item.
basically im being a tight git cos they suck

i don't think you can.
but contact your supplier and tell them to pick it up as you aren't going to waste anymore money on anything to do with them because of a complete disregard to your needs.
i did this and they told me to keep it!!

You can call them and see if they have an account at UPS or Fed Ex or something and then go to the store and use their account number to ship the item. But no, you can not do it with out that information and their permission. Hope that helps.

yes, when paying the charges, ask for the bill to be sent to the isp.

you can try but they can refuse and then you won't get your modem back until you pay the freight both ways.
