Where can I find inexpensive make-up?

Question

I need to find a place where I can purchase inexpensive make-up. Not discontinued make-up because I would like to repurchase from the same company. Its for make-up sessions I will be starting for teen girls. I don't want to get cheap make up but I also don't want to spend too much because I don't want to charge them a high fee for the service. I would like to get kits for each girl. I found so far e.l.f. , I like the fact that they are inexpensive but I don't know the quality. Does anyone knows of any other place?

What I do to get the good stuff is I find coupons and watch Target and Ulta Cosmetics . Ulta also has extra discounts. 
  Target is great at marking stuff down and having sales. Using the coupons I get stuff sometimes for 25 cents! Foundation, powder, eye makeup, nail polish and lipstick. 
 It works and this way you can get the good brands.  Just watch and go in the middle of the week - weekends they sell out.

You seriously get what you pay for with cosmetics...don't go ultra cheap because it usually is of an ultra cheap quality. If you're looking for quality with a good price buy well known brands  like maybelline, loreal, revlon or max factor.

Walgreens has Wet n Wild which is really cheap. Walmart has Bon Bons(alot of those items are around .99 cents).Hope this helps!

If you are living in Singapore, i suggest that you go to this shop called Sasa. Its sells make-up from other countries but it is inexpensive.

if you have a local outdoor market then thats where u can find innexpensive make up, they are all the top brands but they are all half price the origonal one.
