im trying to get tone/get a flat tummy?

what are some easy ways i can do that

im a female...5'1-5'2

i weight 115 or 120...

    Despite what you may think, ab exercises are NOT the number one thing you need to do for flat abs. In fact, getting flat abs requires hard work, commitment and something else you have no control over: cooperative genes.

    The only way to get flat abs is to lose body fat which requires:

    1. Regular cardio exercise

    2. Strength Training for the ENTIRE BODY (treating the abs just like any other muscle in the body)

    3. A healthy, low-calorie diet

    Shoot for:

    3-5 days of cardio a week for 30 to 45 minutes in your THR zone. Any cardio will do--doing what you like will make workouts more fun (I'm a dance teacher - so i always suggest dance workouts, it's a great source of cardio)

    Weight training that targets ALL of your muscle groups 2-3 non-consecutive days a week, abs included (don't work them everyday!)

    Stretching after your workouts for flexibility and relaxation

    Warm ups before each workout, cool-downs after and plenty of water in between

    Judging by your height and weight, it shouldn't be too hard (or take too long) for you to shed off some of the loose body fat that covers your abdominals and really define your muscles.

    At your current weight you should not be dieting at all, much less in an attempt to tone. The only way to gain muscle tone is to work the muscles you are aiming to firm up. Exercises you can do at home involve exercising your core muscles, with emphasis on your front. Things like cross-crunches, situps, and my favourite: side crunches can produce results. A more comfortable way to execute some moves are with an exercise ball. If you are less inclined to intensive exercise, then there are many yoga classes that concentrate on strengthening the body, especially the core. The bonus to yoga is you also get a calming workout instead of a strenuous one.

    The website below has a list of different techniques to look in to for exercises to do at home.

    I have found that doing about 30 reps of 4 or 5 different exercises three times a week was enough for serious results, but consult a doctor or a trainer before embarking on a serious exercise routine.

    I tried many different things to get rid of weight around my stomach and it was hard. I changed my diet a bit and did some ab exercises, it was a bit of work but I got a flat stomach in no time. I also found this site that really helped me with what exercises really work.

    If u want to really get tight... Buy and commit to the SOUTH BEACH DIET(along w/ daily cardio)... Buy the lil blue book and stick to it for 3-6 weeks... This will detox ur body from sugar... Its amazing!!! good luck!!!

    train like an athlete. run, do certain drills and eat right. THERE ARE NO EASY WAYS TO GET HARD TO GET RESULTS. but the easiest way i would say is to change your lifestyle, something most ppl arent willing to do

    i don't think of centred weight-loss is plausible. you need to do crunches, yet those does not do away with fat - they might build muscle. communicate over with a coach and notice what you're able to do.
