is J. Alexander a girl or boy? they call her MISS J but she kinda looks like a by and girl. but his/her voice sounds like a guy!!

    J. Alexander is a male by physical gender, but dresses in drag relates more to being a female. Hence the Miss.

    He is a boy, but they call him miss jay because there is another jay on the show. So he is called mr. jay beacuse he is straight. but miss jay is not so they call him miss
