3.1L or 3.4L?
Well if its the 3.4L, its commonplace. Anywhere between 55,000miles and 85,000miles they are known to go. I've had 2 cars with the 3.4L, an 01 Aztek and a 05 Monte Carlo. Both I had to replace the intake gaskets. GM has updated the gaskets and does offer new intake bolts to correct the problem.
