is there a certain mission where you can talk to them? and get the pics?

near the end of the game... you will see pete during the gameplay .... maybe then... and in the last mission you will get to fight gary so i guess you could try then... but he will be throwing stuff at you and beating the crap out of you at the same time... so ya know... i've never tried taking his picture but that's the only time you will see gary during the actual gameplay and not in the cutscenes...
