You meet a man 45 who is very nice and he is up front direct honest with you that he has
Asperger's Syndrome most of his symthoms are very mild
He isn't clumsy in coordination like some with this disorder., he's a good dancer and has great coordination and timing for complex things.
He has slight troubles with non-verbal social cues and is slightly akward in this area...
He has good hygiene and dresses nice
He is really smart and a great communicator...
He has hyperacusis... Superman like hearing locked on high sensitivity at all times loud noises, car alarms. emergency vehicle sirens, very loud voices hurt his ears
has a great sense of humor and is decent looking
Question is would you date this guy?? Why or Why not...

Yes Boston Legal and other shows like Law & Order have recently feature roles with people with Aspergers Syndrome..
but for the most part the people shown and portrayed have much worse symthoms and traits than I have it made me cringe to see some of those because of the fear that some might conclude all with AS were that bad in inapropriate behaviors

I am married, but I couldn't help but answer. Of, course I would go out with you. AS doesn't define who you are. I have read allot of your answers, and you have actually answered one of my questions. You seem like a very kind and sensitive man. Any woman would be very lucky to have you, and I know that the perfect woman is out there somewhere just waiting for you. Just be patient and you will find her.

I would as long as I was attracted to him and liked him. Especially after watching Boston Legal with Jerry, the lawyer who has Aspberger's.
