Is there a store that would ship to Canada decorations for English Trifle ?

Someone give me some a very long time ago they were tiny shapes of sugar coated gum I have not been able to find them here. Thank you in advance.

The only decoration an English Trifle takes is slivered toasted almonds. That is a really traditional one.

If you still want to use sugar coated gums, look for Jelly Diamonds, made by SuperCook in the baking section of your local supermarket. I know Sainsburys sells them.

Just so you know what you're looking for here is a picture:

Also Jelly Tots (I believe they're made by Rowntree), they're about the size of a 5p coin and could do the trick.

The traditional English Trifle has toasted slivered Almonds on top. However many people to use hundreds and thousands as an alternative.

Why not try a Scottish trifle instead and decorate it with toasted almonds and glace cherries?

Put Drambuie in it rather than sherry - it's delicious!

I've only seen nuts (sliced almonds etc) on the top of English trifle (or very occasionally sprinkled with hundreds and thousands)

Edit - To the thumbs down person, most of the recipes I see on the Internet include chopped nuts as well as the ones my friends and family make and I see in the supermarket.

This will give you more info on sprinkles anyway

    Good luck xox
