thats a loaded question. depends on a lot of variables....
gear ratios in the trans and differential, useable engine torque band, your like/dislike of shifting.
ideally for highway use the 6 spd, most likely it has a lower final drive rpm. city use the 5 spd as it will be less shifting as most have wider gears.
only real person that can answer if you...drive them back to back in real life conditions and make the decision.

5 speed. typically 6 speed transmissions have very short gear ratios requiring more frequent shifting. but it all depends on if you drive in the city or on the freeway.

doesnt matter...if u dont like shifting get an automatic..
