7 AnswersCats1 decade agohome for sale by owner questions?
ok. the wife and i are selling or 1000 sq' house to relocate a little closer to my daughter and to a 1500 sq' house. we have a bid accepted on the new house, but are trying to do the "BY OWNER" thing on ours. what are the best ways to advertise our house w/o breaking the bank? we have craigslist and a local 4sale website, and a sign in the yard and signs by our 2 roads. any other ideas w/o a realtor involved? we should be priced in the lower end of what comparable homes are selling for currently. any help GREATLY appreciated.
3 AnswersRenting & Real Estate1 decade agoplumbing - how to tell where a blockage is???
ok, my g/f has a 77 built concrete block house. we have been having a reoccuring blockage that fills the toilet/tub/overflows in the kitchen too. we have snaked the toilet but unsure if it helped. the only thing that lets the house stop flooding is when we pop the cap to the cleanout in the front yard. then crap (literally!) and all kinds of water flood out in the front flowerbed and the house drains. i tried snaking both ways in the cleanout w/o much luck. any ideas? help please....getting tired of the gallons of water on the floor, trying to stop water damage too.
thanks
