What do concepts of heaven say about the culture that created the concept?

Jewish/Christian heaven : Streets of gold, pearls, pricey lodgings.

Muslim heaven : Virgins to enjoy for eternity.

Ancient Egyptian heaven : You have to take your own supplies and preserve your body.

Nordic heaven: Drinking and carousing.

Roman-Greek heaven : More drinking and carousing.

Native American heaven : Lots of buffalo to supply food and other necessities of life.

Aztec heaven : Hard to describe, lots of snakes, blood, cocao and darkness.

Buddhist heaven : The bliss of intellectual enlightenment.
