Ok well first the person needs to like be given laxatives.
And then after the laxatives the killer goes like "DIECRACKAH" and he starts cutting off the person's tongue and then he shoves anteater discharge up the person's nose and then the person starts having a seizure and then he falls into the Grand Canyon and well obviously dies.
