Why do so many people have money problems?

Because the cost of living these days is just so expensive.

The government put all these taxes up,house prices go up,everything goes up except the wages,so nothing ever evens out.

People can't afford to pay cash and don't want to save up so they get credit cards and overspend. They buy way too much house or car for their pocketbook. Raising kids is expensive. The cost of living is higher than the paycheck, e.g., the price of gas and groceries, clothing, and services, like dry cleaning, hair services, etc.. This is a nation of consumerism; get it now and pay for it, somehow, later. We don't tend to save our money, we spend it as fast as we get it or faster. It's just the way we are.

Some people are on low incomes, and others spend beyond their means.

Needs exceed ability to obtain.

Look, I would LOVE a new car. I can't afford it. I let it go (Others would not make that stance)

Bush. we have been in such a bad state economy is bad right now. to worried about war then whats going on in his own country. needs to bring our loved ones home and work on fixing his own country.
